1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been handed over to our courier or lorry transport partner. To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone or email. A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the transport or courier service, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of gardening supplies and custom shipping logistics, we accept returns or issue replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Received items with tears, severe manufacturing defects, or missing structural components.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: Received incorrect grow bag sizes or drain cell dimensions differing from your ordered invoice.

  • Transit Damage: Items severely damaged during transit by courier or lorry transport.

  1. Inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.

  2. Any claim for damage, defect, or wrong item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products used, filled with soil, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Size or quantity errors made by the customer during order placement (please verify dimensions before ordering).

4. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are approved for canceled orders prior to dispatch or for defective/damaged items where a replacement is not feasible.

  • Processing Time: Once a return is inspected or a refund claim is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (courier or lorry freight) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Subhiksha or transit damage verified by the carrier.
