  • Rest of India: 5 to 9 business days depending on geographical location and courier/lorry accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges & Taxes

  • Freight Fee Calculation: Shipping and transport charges are calculated separately at checkout based on the total weight, volume, and selected mode of dispatch (courier vs. lorry transport).

5. Delivery Address & Undeliverable Shipments

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details, including full address, landmark, PIN code, and active contact numbers.

  • Failed Delivery: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package without cause, re-shipping charges will apply to dispatch the package again.
